Problem Cooling Laptop

Ok guys, I need a little help. I recently purchased an ASUS Gl502VT laptop, and it gets quite hot and almost scalding to the touch under load. I do realize this is a hot-running laptop, but I use a cooling pad and started to use an extra fan to push more cool air under the intakes and the area that gets hot. It is on a desk with plenty of airflow. I was wondering if there is anything that I could do or buy to help. Thanks!

I've got the same laptop and there are no such issues - have you updated to BIOS 300?

It should - it increases fan speed by 25%
