HELP motherboard upgrade

Hey, i want to upgrade my motheboard from gigabyte z170x gaming 3 to z170x gaming 7 because the first pci slot is fucked..

The question is when i put the new mobo in i need to buy new windows? (now i have windows 10 OEM) or just install it from the ssd and put the code?

cpu-i5 6600k
