Keyboard Problem

Hello,

 

I have a corsair k70 that I just bought for the build I finished about 2 weeks ago and there is a problem with one key on the board. The dot/del button on the number pad does not work. I have tried turning num lock on and off and have tried unplugging and re-plugging in the keyboard but that button is dead. The rest of the board works fine and I am typing this with the same keyboard. 

 

Anyone have this problem before? Any way I can fix it without having to send the keyboard back?

I have a k70 and I tried it and the dots and delete button when num lock is on works. Try contacting customer service
