iPhone timing out

So for some stupid reason, whenever I'm on the Internet on my iPhone, pages will just randomly time out and won't completely load until I force quit the browser.

 

the same thing happens with apps like Instagram, and it will just say at the top "NO INTERNET CONNECTION" but the pages will for some reason load fine, and then 5 minutes later the pages will stop loading and it won't display anything until force quit.

What os version? Os9? Is the problem same with wifi or data?

It's all up to date.

It's on my home wifi, but the odd thing is, even if I'm right next to my modem, it will still be doing it.

No other device in my house will do this. (All wireless)

I use data sometimes but I've never noticed it happening on it.

This sounds oike a software issue. I would do a factory reinstall on the OS, and/or wait for the iOS 10 update available tomorrow.
