Optimization?

So I built my first PC but I want to know from you guys is there anything I should edit in bios or anywhere to get the best possible setup from my PC.

Specs: i7 6700

Asus B150 Pro Gaming Aura

16GB G.Skill Ripjaws

250GB Samsung 750 EVO SSD

1 TB Toshiba HDD

Will be purchasing an RX GPU later

Corsair CX450M
