Quote so I get notifications. Well then swap the PSU and you are fine. Search for PSU List and try getting something from Tier 1 or 2

Tier 3 is perfectly fine for his little budget build,no reason to go Tier 2 or Tier 1

That PSU is totally fine. Its T3. With his system he would be totally fine with a t4/t5 PSU. T1 and T2 PSU's are for high end systems and overclocking. he is doing neither of those things.

You have balanced your build very strangely (and by 'balanced' i mean how much money you spent on certain parts and not on others). What are you going to use your PC for? If you're gaming, which is what this build looks like, you could easily afford a better GPU (which is very important in gaming).

Here is a more ideal build for you at the same price range: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/HgFYNN.

This build spends more money in the areas that affect performance the most, and less in the less important areas.

Spend the extra 30USD and at least get the RX 470, the 4GB 750Ti is not worth it. Get a smaller/cheaper storage solution and less RAM (8GB is fine) to get a better card.
