Does this have like a overclock button?

OC (or overclocked) edition GPUs usually have a preset factory overclock out of the box. Nothing too extreme, but still significant enough. However, if you have the thermal and electrical surplus, you are still able to overclock it farther to fit your needs or desires.

there is a thing called "reference" which is like a stock car and it coming overclocked from the factory is it being turbocharged or supercharged like a car from the factory

no, this is what u want:

http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Utility/vga_utility_oc_guruii_v2.04.exe

that will let it switch to OC mode.
