I got a sapphire RX 460, Amd fx 4350 cpu, with Windows 8, and I'm trying to run Space Engineers haha

This should word defenetly. I have an Phenomx x6 with an MSI 460 GTX an it works to. Try to download dx 11 from Microsoft an install it. Make all Windows 8.1 Updates as well and then do a repair of the game if you bought it on steam.
