h100i led animation?

I have a h100i with corsair link and I can change the led color but is it possible to put something so it changes like a rainbow thing or something? thanks!

That would be on Corsair to enable it to color cycle.

It'd be easy for them to do though. It's all software since the H100's water pump/CPU block already allows you to pick a specific color. So they'd just have to add that section to the Link program and it would be fine.

Maybe if enough users bring it up with them, they'd do it. Although it would have to be something that could be done across alot of the compatible AIO cooler line, and not just specific to something like the H100. I haven't tried the 120mm AIO Corsair stuff. Always used either an H100 or H110.

Not really. With my older first generation H100i coolit based coolers I was able to set a 4 colour sequence which it would cycle between, although the refresh rate was very jagged and horrible, so I always set it to static or off.

With my newer H115i, asetek based cooler, it does not have any of this "advanced" control at all, wtih a single colour set, and a warning colour which enables above a set temperature, no colour cycles. The asetek firmware is pretty poor, and limits what Corsair is able to do with it.
