I already bought an AMD FX 8150 when I first got the idea of building a Gaming PC, this was last year and I had no clue what I was doing, I just bought it because it was on sale for 51% off so I bought it. Now I am wondering how much of a difference will I see if I'd upgrade to an 8350. I'll mostly just game and once and a while I'll render something, but I also record my gameplay a lot, too. Thanks.

The performance difference is pretty minimal, definitely not worth an upgrade.

FX 8150 is a Bulldozer based CPU, FX 8320,8350,9370 & 9590 are Piledriver based.
Piledriver is an enhanced Bulldozer architecture, with higher performance/clock, lower power consumption & significantly better overclockability.

The FX 8350 is the replacement for the FX 8150 & it's 15% faster on average, about 7% faster due to the performance/clock improvements & 7% faster due to the higher clock speed.

EDIT: I checked some benchmarks and the performance/clock improvement is usually within 7.5-10% but can extend to a whopping 30% improvement in some games like Dawn of War II.

This is my plan to have; http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1P7dJ

It says what I purchased and what I didn't.

Considering you can sell your CPU for minimum of 130$ and the budget you would invest in sabertooth 990 and h100 you could easily go 8350 + 50$ cooler and decent 990 mobo

I lied. You can do http://pcpartpicker.com/p/q2HD if you manage to sell processor for 130$
