Software That Decompiles .sb Files?

I need a program that can decompile .sb files. I want to extract some character models from a game to make into a mod for Garry's Mod, but I don't know how. Anyone that can help?

in games, each file are compiled differently, and there is many files with the extension .sb that don't have a relation with the game at all. first of all try 7zip, it's a free compression software just like winrar but it can open many compressed files type. you may be able to open the file you want, it's free so give it a try
