NZXT HUE+ not working

Bought the Hue+ yesterday, plugeed it in and all but its not working, Ive plugged it in and theres light on the controller box but no klight at al form the led strips HELP!!!

- SSUPD Meshlicous - Z170I - i7-6700K - Gigabyte 2080 - 16GB Corsair Vengance - 850 EVO 1TB - H115i ICUE Link- SF600
