It's enough, but it's a pretty low quality PSU.

I Don't recommend the corsair CX 430 as it is not made for pc that is gear to gaming. Never get a CX for a high end PC. here is a video

Spend a little more yes return it. Invest more since you have a i5 6500. Also if you invest more you will have room for upgrading and it will use less power be more efficient and safe. You do not want your build to go in smoke. Also get windows from Microsoft. Kinguin G2A and many other sites like them are not to be trusted

you shouldnt take a gamble with high end componets when your PSU can fry out all that stuff if it were to go bad. thats why its recommended you get a better PSU

Return it and get the gray CX450M/CX550M or Seasonic S12II 520W / M12II 520W.

The new CXM series are decent (White/grey label). Antec EarthWatts Green and Seasonic S12II are good options.

It is going to cost me like 15 bucks to return it is it still worth it.

This is my build http://pcpartpicker.com/list/tjGcHN and I have bought a Corsair CX 430 and I am wondering if it is enough power for my build. Any thoughts?

What puzzles me is why did you ask AFTER you bought it instead of before making the decision...

How much did you buy it for? Unless you're getting $30 back (so gaining $15 back after cost of return) or more, I would just use it until you can save up for a better unit, or just buy a better unit now and use the CX in another system or something.

To be clear, the PSU isn't terrible, it's just not particularly suitable for higher end components. It will work as a placeholder until you get a new unit.

EDIT: That damn video that was posted above shouldn't be taken seriously. It's lead to a load of misunderstanding on the CX series.
