Go with the EVO, there really isn't any reason not to.

Do you have a particular reason why you want to go with RAID 0 SSD? Either the Evo or the Pro Series from Samsung is a great choice.

Just for speed. and i m going to use these for gaming .

Going RAID 0 for gaming won't give you more performance, unless you go through a lot of loading screens. But yeah you can't go wrong with the EVO or PRO series.

So for gaming i will be fine with evo.

Yup, although the only thing it'll really affect are loading times on the games.

Also, if you're going for a raid0 setup, I recommend doing frequent backups (daily?), because you're multiplying the risk of data loss upon disk failure.

My budget for Ssd is around 250$.

I am thinking about buying

2 samsung 840 evo 120 gb RAID 0

OR

2 Samsung 840 pro 128 gb RAID 0

OR

Buy single samsung 840 pro or evo for now and later add another for RAID 0.

i should get 2 840 pro's they are faster and have a better lifetime

but they are most of the time allot less cheap than the evo one's

The Samsung Electronics MZ-7PD128BW 840 Pro 128GB is the fastest SSD at that capacity so they get my vote.
