$1500 Build

JacobiYounger

I keep telling myself I want to build a new PC... But I am not sure if it is totally worth it. But I don't mind having 2 just because my girlfriend can use my older system and I can use the new one.

I will link my current setup and new setup.

I just want to know if people think it is worth it to upgrade and if anyone has any ideas about any other parts for the new list let me know please.

I'm really interested in sticking with nvidia and having a larger ssd is obviously a plus for me. I might just take my 2 hard drives out of my current setup and just put those hard drives in the other.

Why? What advantages does Nvidia have over AMD in terms of graphics cards?

I just prefer the Nvidia software and I just feel like the 1080 would have more power. I've just always been with nvidia.

You're saying that the Nvidia will have more power. For what? Rendering? Vidoe editing?

Dismissing AMD graphics cards is silly. AMD graphics cards have far fewer driver issues than Nvidia graphics cards do. Did you know that?
