i cant seem to find those where i live, is there any way to plug it in directly to the psu?

Molex will do it, but the fan will run at 100% all the time. i.e., it will be LOUD.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

how do i connect it with molex? should i use some adapter cable? im very new to this as you may have noticed :/

Search molex to 3 pin / 4 pin adapter.

It usually comes with the fan though.

If there's none, then you need that adapter.
