So i need some help..

So here's the thing. I think my vid card is dying. Tried the cable and normal non-tech stuff to see if that could work (I.e. plug the cable in and out, restart to reset drivers, check drivers) and its responding on one side but not the other monitor. Any assistance would be nice. My parts so far is in the signature. I will update shortly. Thanks guys.
