AU$200 GTX 780ti?

I was wondering if I should go for an EVGA GTX 780ti classified for my first budget gaming build. I got a deal for a barely used one from my friend's techy friend for about AU$200. Also what does "classified" mean?

its a another type of the Manufacturer. Because EVGA  has more than one type of the 780ti
