Ethernet CODE(10)

Hello so i have been getting the error code 10 when ever i startup my pc my ethernet dosent work i have to unplug it from the power for 10 seconds for it to work and its getting annoying of how many times i have to restart is there anyway i can get this fixed i have already tried reupdating the drivers and bios thanks.

My MOBO: ASUS Z97-A

Sounds like your network card is dieing if updating drives and bios did nothing, have you tried another cable?
