So quick question. I currently have a 660ti in my system. I am going to upgrade soon. But should I buy another 660ti and SLI those mother truckers. Or should I sell my current 660ti for ~$250 and use that money towards buying a single 780? Or is there a better solution? Thanks!

If you love what you do, it's not work.

You won't get 250 for it. Not a chance.

I guess the important question is whether u prefer more power consumption, heat and noise. 1 card, will have lesser heat output, noise and power consumption. Also, can ur PSU take it?

Usually the general consensus is to have one powerful card. Cos u have the option to sli it later if needed.

I guess this is all you need to get a picture.

I'd take the 780. No SLI problems. Less consumption. Less heat. Equal or best performance than 660ti SLI and a possible 780 SLI in the future.

But what if it's a MSI 660ti PE? I couldn't find anything new cheaper than 300.

Since the last time I looked at 660 ti prices things have gone up. I did find one for $220

Definitely go with the GeForce GTX 780 or wait for the R9 290X. Better performance, more VRAM, less driver issues, runs cooler, and uses less power.
