My new computer isn't really working

 I just made a new computer and I downloaded windows 10 on it. Windows 10 was looking a little bit weird so I restarted my computer.  My computer turned back on but both monitors weren't working only one wise so I unplugged the one that was working to see if I can make that one work.  And then the computer kept on making the fans go for a little bit and the hard drive spinning.  And then just turning off for like two seconds or less and then return back on again.  My keyboard light wasn't working or my mouse and there is no display coming to my monitors .  I really don't know what to do so I'm just going to leave my computer on for the night and see if I can work itself out.  If anybody could help me that would be amazing.

Self made or bought a all in one system? If the first a top picture from your Mainboard and system components would help a lot.

You probably don't have a sufficient PSU
