IDK about the switch, but my PC is not directly plugged into the router. The ethernet goes into my wall and out in my computer room. I do think something is the wall went wrong cuz I get 200 Mbps when I plug it directly into the router.

sounds like a switch that's set for E100 facing the router. Some switches you can log into and mess around but others are locked down tight. Try to follow the cable and see if you can find the switch, you should be able to find someway to access it even if its hidden behind the wall.

K. The house is pretty old (around 2008) and I am not the original owner of this house. Is there a way to remotely access it? And if i dod not manage to find it, is there another way to do this or i have to pull an open wire across my house.

I am not 100% sure if you can without having physical access to it. You might be better off running a new cable through the wall to your PC, just make sure the new cable pull is under 100 meters and you should be fine.

K. I will try running a new cable this week. It won't be an easy task, though. I don't know where the cables are fished out and stuff like that. There IS a box containing a loads of Coax cable and Ethernet cable up in the master bedroom. Is that the switch or some stuff for my ISP?

Most likely its the ISPs hand off/ demarcation point for your service.

Is there a way to scan your network to find out if a Switch exists?

I think there are some programs that can run a scan to retrieve some info on what is connected. However I never used a program like that for my LAN or heard reviews on any so I cant really recommend any, sorry.
