Troubleshooting,help and overkill build

Hello long time lurker here been around since the first overkill build Linus did and since then iv allways wanted to build something so overkill,beautiful and mental that jaws drop..

Ive waited and watched and gone over what i think would be MY idea of a overkill build i could be proud of.Being semi competant with both building abilitie and hardware

knowledge i also know when to admit there are people out there who know VASTLY more then me and only a fool wouldnt ask for help.So if people could go over the build and give their 2 cents

it would be very much apreciated.

I obviously want to fully liquid cool the entire pc so having 2 loops 1 for the gpus and intel 750 and another loop for the ram,cpu and motherboard and each loop 

will be cooled by a single quad.Iv fallen for the Ek supremacy blocks in nickel so will be having them through out the loops the 1080 strixs will have to have the nickel 

back plates on which is a shame because of the RGB but the water blocks dont work with the backplate and the smaller ones dont work with the high bandwidth sli bridges.

 

If there is anything iv missed im sorry but thats what im here for

You might be choking on PCI-e lanes.

That is something i was hoping someone here who knew more about that would be able to clear up.Iv read people using my cpu motherboard with the m.2 and 750 havent had any real problems so i was hoping mine would follow suit.Budget isnt really an issue with this build so if there is another motherboard which wouldnt choke out id be very interested.

This actually comes down more to the CPU model you have rather than your specific motherboard!

Thank you il be posting updates on the build as it progresses but is there a better cpu i could get which would eliminate the chocking issue?

First of all:

You're gonna have to change both the motherboard and CPU, and the price will go up quite noticably. I would recommend making a new post entirely in the CPU section of the forum. Ask them to explain PCI-e lanes and what your build will be, but keep it short so people actually read the post  Message me through my profile if you have any questions!

Overkill starts with X99, not Z170

 

are you actually going to build this?

 

It also needs 2 titan XPs, not 1080s, and triple 4k displays
