Get a new CPU, namely the i5 6500

Get an i5-6500, another 8GB of RAM (as 8GB is not enough for newest games when paired with other programs running in the background). After that if you still have money, your GPU and then your monitor (to a higher res/higher refresh rates one, preferably both, that's IPS and has FreeSync/GSync depending on your next GPU choice)

CPU and maybe extra ram... everything els seems fine, but personaly I would just keep your current system and wait another couple of years and buy a whole new system... If it's because you got the money, go clubbing or visit Paris or something...
