GPU stuttering?

So lately I have been noticing my display stuttering (every once in a while), especially when I am playing games like league. How do I fix this? everytime this happens I have to restart my PC.

Is this GPU related? if so my GPU is 7950 and the drivers are all up to date, heat shouldn't be a factor as my GPU runs at 36C while idle and 44 ish while playing (MSI Afterburner)

It could be that the GPU is dying (yours is kinda old now), had my 7970s do this when they started dying. Any other issues?

Any driver crashing, does the PSU have a lot of headroom? The capacitors can age leading to more power draw. Telltale signs can be GPU underclocking or crashing.

I have a 750W so power is no problem

Check if the drivers are stable by rolling back the new ones to a stable older driver.
