So I want some really nice looking case fans that aren't really too expensive. I'm looking for 4 fans to use as case fans and maybe another 2 to use on my CPU cooler. I of course want fans that have really good performance and are silent. If they have red LEDs, that's a plus. But honestly they can just be all black and I would be fine with that. Let me know what you guys can find, thank you.

I would recommend a Skylake i7-6700K (faster and cheaper, faster RAM as well)

And these fans are cheap and quiet (tested by SilentPCReview) and LED.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

I would go with a 6700 but that costs too much since I would need to basically get all new parts. Also are they effective? Plus I'm not feeling that orange. My whole build is black and red.

That's fine the 4790K is still a great CPU.

For your CPU cooler, don't skimp on fan quality, try these.

Oh no of course not. I was looking for a good fan that I can use for everything and hopefully have some silence but if there really is no solution then I'm fine with sticking with what I got.

I would say for case fans, pretty much any fan that works is fine; you don't need great airflow on case fans and can control them with software.

For you CPU Cooler they're worth considering if you don't like the sound of the stock ones (and the venturis will perform a bit better given the same noise level),
