BF1 performance

i have a gtx 960 4gb and an fx 6300, on high settings I get around 40 fps but upon watching this video 

 

the confusion set in, this guy gets around 60 fps constant on ultra, and he has the same config as me, is this to do with the game being in beta or a problem with my pc, thanks mo fuckas

where are you getting him running at 60 constant I seem him running like 52 fps with dips into the 40s.  Then he switches it onto High graphics and gets closer to 60 but once he gets into the action again it drops to mid to low 50s, and then he drops it to medium. This is when he starts getting 60-70 fps, then he drops it to low which doesn't really seem to make much a of a difference in till he gets into the train then he gets like 70-80 fps.

well im never getting 60 or 70 at high, more like 40 and below

Well he wasn't getting 60-70 on high either, wasn't till he dropped to medium he was seeing those fps.

i have seen different youtube videos for GTX 960 BF1 and all of them getting same fps like 40-50~.

I think these fps are the maxed which GTX 960 can deliver.

If that guys is really getting 60 fps on ultra on GTX 960 ( which i think not possible right now as far i have seen). Ask him the drivers version maybe that will help you out.
