As in login or just every time you start a new browsing session. Please also post screenshots or PM me them.

I don't suppose you use a VPN or a public proxy? It is most likely that cloud flare is picking up your IP as being associated as part of a bot net or something at one point. 

 

Sometimes cloudlflare can also be configured to require human verification for entire county's, I know of sites that block all request from china unless you pass the captcha due to the amount of unwanted  traffic they get from there.

Fixed it! Seems like the latest firmware for my router (RT-N66U) has tinkered with something regarding sending out requests. Thanks to @Windspeed36 and @tom564 for the help!
