Windows didn't load properly

It just happened to me when I was playing csgo with friend all of the sudden my screen freezes in a messed up way. I shut down my computer and got this recovery option. I don't know wat to do plz  help :(  (Pictures below) then whenever I try to exit and continue to Windows 8.1 I'm stuck with a black screen. In addition whenever I go to the bios the bios screen is messed up. All of the images are location below.

Your pictures are broken, but what I can say is that you either you just need to pick a recent recovery option or insert your windows disc/usb and repair your windows through there.
