I personally use Hotspot shield. Mainly because I got a really good deal on a year long subscription. It can be annoying at points, but for the most part it just works.

Tunnel bears pretty good I have the grizzly bear package and I run it 24/7 just fine

Why would you not just buy it? If you're asking for recommendations then you know the software will be good therefore you should support the devs and pay for it... Piracy is only ever acceptable in my eyes if you're going to purchase it if you like it.

I use Cyberghost 6 for all my needs, but wouldn't recommend it unless they have the big sale on. I got 2 years 5 computers for £49 which imo is worth it.

 

EDIT: Turns out they have a 50% sale on for 5 hours.
