need help with water cooling

so i was thinking to get a liquid cooler and after some research i cant quite decide need help

my option are these:

hydro h100i v2

nepton 240m

nepton 280l

hydro h105

so for some reason the 280l is the cheapest in my country but acording to what i found the 240m and the 280l have pretty much the same temps but the 240m comes with great fans that get u good temps while staying quite.

also i couldn't find anything about the h100i v2 only on the past version so i am not sure which one is better

How much is your work load? What i mean is that before spending money on a liquid cooler you can check whether is it reasonable to buy one when an air cooler can do the job for your particular workload.

i want to oc my cpu(6700k) to something like 4.6-4.7 and i need strong cooling and most air coolers block my ram slot,i am using now a pretty simple air cooler and it still block the edge of one

u sure because i heard that its fans are not so good although its cheaper than the 240m in my country idk why and i can maybe get some good fans with it

i would get the h100i v2 out of all of those.
