Do you mean like physically within the case? I highly doubt it, my cable management is kinda good. 

 

I just updated everything using AMD software, and set a custom fan curve I saw on Reddit. My GPU temp is now, 43C with 3 YouTube tabs, and a Twitch stream open. I think all is fine now, and my room is beginning to get cool. Thanks for all the help, I think it's fixed now :O.

Have nothing running on my PC. and it's at 85C. Usually its' 40-55. Not sure how long this has been happening for.

 

Could this be because my SSD is nearly full (hard drive recently broke), or does it have 0 relevancy what so ever.

Could you go into GPU-z and check the clock speeds of your GPU while idling?

I'm actually on Overclock mode now, according to my MSI Gaming App.
