  1. Open Device Manager, Open the mouse property, and disable "Allow this device to wake up the computer", under the power management panel
  2. Now go to every Network item, and do the same, and look through the tabs and options in them (sorry I can't be more specific as each network card is different), and look for "Wake on LAN", and/or "Wake on magic packet", and/or "Wake on pattern", and basically anything with "Wake" in the name, and disable all of those

See if it works, if not:

  3. Then, do Start > type: Power Options (and pick it) > Change plan settings (on the selected plan, which I assume is Balance) > Change advance power settings. A panel will open, go to "USB settings" > "USB selective suspend...", and disable it.

  4. Then go, within the same panel, to "Sleep" > "Allow wake on timer", and disable that.

See if that works, if not.

  5. Open the Command Prompt as Admin (Win+X > Command Prompt (Admin)), and type and execute: powercfg -lastwake
    What does it say?

In the Command Prompt as Admin, can you run:

powercfg -devicequery wake_armed

What does it say?

Do you by any chance installed some remote desktop software? Some are designed to prevent the system from sleeping.

HID Keyboard Device that is what it said

Ok disable it from waking the computer, restart, and see if it helps.

Normally, sleep issue is miss configured setting of a device, issue with hardware, or program, or driver.

So if that doesn't help, you need to make sure that all your drivers are fully updated.
