Windows cannot find error (Solved)

Ok so in short every time I try to open a saved file, be it a picture, .exe, or anything else i saved recently. Windows gives me an error saying "Windows cannot find (directory). Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." (I included a picture.) i looked on the interwebs but couldn't find anything. I know the files are there because i couldn't even open the picture i included but i could still upload it to this post just fine.  Thanks for any help that i receive.

ok well conveniently as soon as i posted this is I figured it out... sorry about that but if you could remove this post that would be nice...

If anyone is wondering everything was opening with something called TWINUI... I have no clue what that is but have fixed it now...

Btw. TWINUI is a .DLL in Windows 8. It´s used for Desktop and Folder Management.
