Well if you want at least decent quality and you NEED new one then i recommend waiting a bit and save those 6 euros somewhere :) 

 

Otherwise i would recommend looking for second hand one, you should find it for 35-45 euros :) Other good budget microphones i dont really know.

Blue is very good company when it comes to microphones and about Blue Snowball ice i have heard only good things especially when comparing the price with other microphones the same quality :)
