Very, very bad Idea.

Give me your budget and I'll put a PC together that's much more efficient and performs better for the same price.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT 16GB GDDR6 Motherboard: MSI PRESTIGE X570 CREATION

Details, and will this processor be out this coming new year? AMD? I'm quite impatient and want to stay on the AMD side. Please note any possible deficiencies in this build, and fill free to suggest anything (AMD please) that would improve this Build.

i have nothing against AMD :) Amd user myself, main PC AMD GPU :) budget build amd cpu with apu :)
Yeah zen should come in the first quarter next year, but i think its worth the wait since the processor you are trying to use is quite old in my opinion :)

Q4 2016 or Q1 2017. This is AMD's new attempt to really challenge Intel. This is much better than anything that AMD has to offer now on the CPU side.

Do you need the build right now? Cause within that budget, you really should go Intel now, as 9590 is not really worth buying at all...

I plan on completing this build by Feb, I already bought the Case so I still have time. I'm looking for any and all inputs and Ideas to help me with my latest Creation. My late build used an i7-2600k.

If you want AMD and you're to buy the PC around February, wait for both: AMD Zen CPUs will release Q4 2016/Q1 2017, same for AMD High-end enthusiast GPU series called Vega which should launch around the same date, then ask here on the forum for advice on choosing the parts ^^

ok, so wait on the CPU and GPU. I'll collect the rest of the parts, I wonder what type of MoBo they will use.

AM4 socket, a new one. But the coolers will be backwards compatible with AM3+ ones, so there should be no issue in that regard, you can buy a cooler, PSU, RAM (DDR4), storage, monitors etc. Get FreeSync 144hZ IPS monitors so the gaming experience is butter-smooth and much more enjoyable.
