New pc boot up problems...heeelp

I've been planning on building my first custom gaming pc for quite some time now and i have all the parts now and put them all together...but when i tried to boot it up for the first time it powered on and all the fans moved for at the most 3 seconds and shut down and after 5 seconds turned on and off repeated. I have checked everything i could think of and now am desperate for help.

can you please tell us your system specs....

Did you check and make sure everything is connected and fully seated? Reseat the gpu and ram for a satrt.

take everything apart, then reinstall CPU, and only one stick of ram, attach 24 pin motherboard connector, and 8pin EPS, or 4 pin ATX cables onto the motherboard then boot the system...

S12II bronze by seasonic

GeForce gtx 750ti graphics card 

Intel I7 cpu

and v8 gts cpu cooler by cooler master

And the case is thermaltake versa N24
