If you are running an NVIDIA graphics card, you can use Geforce Experience which will keep your drivers updated (Not automatically, you chose!)

It also provides you with game-ready drivers to improve performance.

If you are using an AMD graphics card, they just released a new software called Radeon Crimson Software which can do basically the same, however does also have some advanced features if you need to overclock, I do not recommend this if you are not an advanced and/or experienced user.

USBs are mobos side. But you only have option for USB3 drivers. Chipset handles USB2.
