I can not install automatically or from Microsoft's website. From MS website, it states - "The update is not applicable to your computer"

kb3054476 was unable to install automatically, but from the MS website it was possible.
I tried to do a search from the start menu and it could not find that string kb3054476.

I click on get help with these errors, and zero results pop up.

System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) did not work, website doesnt exist.


How to See and Read Only the "SFC" Scan Results from the CBS.LOG - Came up blank twice, once I typed it out, second was able to copy and paste. OK I messed it up, need to do it order.

Elevated command prompt aka Run as Admin
ran "sfc /scannow " no integrity issues will run a few more times. Ran it 4 times and no intergrity problem.
