both are 3gb and 1060 but I want to know which is better and are they better than rx 470 or rx 480 4gb?

I'd definitely recommend getting a 6GB model, even if it means getting one with a less fancy cooler. Nvidia seriously nerfed the 3GB model, it is significantly slower.

A GTX 1060 6GB version beats a RX 480 by about 5fps
