Windows 10 Purchase?

I found this on Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/Microsoft-Windows-Professional-Bit-OEM/dp/B010S3VVJW/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1472662621&sr=8-2&keywords=windows+10 and it seems bizarrely cheap considering it is Windows 10. If I buy this and whack the disk into my optical drive will I be getting Windows 10? 

Sorry if this seems a stupid question this is my irst time building from scratch.

Looks like it's just the install disk and nothing else(aka license key)
