Need of Help

Hello,

I am considering buying a MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming X 6GB GDDR5 Video Card and using it with my MSI A88X-G45 Gaming Motherboard. However in the compatibility page of the motherboard on the website (https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/A88X-G45-GAMING.html#support-vga) it does not list the GTX 1060. I have not bought it yet but can anyone tell me if the motherboard will support it or do I need to get a new motherboard/processor? Processor I believe is a A10-7870K, however I am not at my desktop so I can't be sure.

Does your mobo have a PCIe slot? Yes (hint: yes)? Then the 1060 is compatible. Worry about your PSU and case rather than the motherboard, those are the things that will dictate compatibility here.
