Weird Issue

Alright, it's a Chrome issue. Yes it's updated, cleared cache, tried reinstalling, disabling all extensions.

 

When I click on a menu, it ghosts it in, then a few seconds later it finally lets me see it. 

I've tried everything listed above, plus updated Java.

 

Anyone got any ideas?

Display Driver Uninstaller

use that to remove the drivers and after that just install the driver of your graphics card as you normally would.
