Here's how you chose pascal cards. Out of all your options:

  1. Throw away any blower style and single fan cards. Keep only dual / triple fans and hybrids.
  2. Throw away the ones you don't like the color scheme. For example, I don't like black and red, so the MSI Gaming ones would be immediately out for me. Keep only the ones you find aesthetically pleasing.
  3. Sort them by price.

Pick the first one that shows up. Or pay a bit more if you like the looks of a more expensive card. Outside of that, not really much of a difference between them.
