Okay so for some reason after searching for it and finding nothing to update, the % dropped. Thank you ;D

Hey guys,

 

I can't remember when it started, but now whenever I look at the taskbar, my disk usage is always 100%. Now don't get me wrong, my process disk usage is about 50%, but my performance disk usage (disk 0) is 100%. For some reason it's always reading and writing. 

So far I've tried:

  • Stopping Superfetch
  • Stopping Windows Search
  • Removing Avast (seemed to work until i rebooted the pc)
  • Checked for disk failures 
  • Tried to increase ramsize under system settings
  • Disabeling Windows tips.

I don't know what to do anymore and although it's not computer breaking, it's annoying when trying to update a game like payday.
