1- why not go for skylake? The i3 6100 isn't that expensive compared to the i3 4130 in most places I have seen the prices of.

 

2-Why not get a 950 or a RX 460, how expensive are they compared to the 750Ti?

 

3-What is the model of that power supply?

 

4-Consider a 1TB drive, most of them cost only a bit higher than a 500GB drive. If that's the case get the 1TB drive.

i would also suggest putting your parts in pcpartpicker.com -- it automatically checks for incompatibilities and is a much easier way to present parts to people on the internets
