Windows 10 with Microsoft Creation Tool

I'm building a new gaming pc and I wanted to know if I could install Windows using Microsoft Media Creation Tool.

Will I be able to use it for ever? What restrictions will I have?

You need to buy a key from Microsoft if you want to have no restrictions.

Does a program expire? Do you ever see a program expiry date before?

 

No. I think as long as Windows 10 still being supported by Microsoft the program will still be there functioning

A lot of stuff in the settings will be blocked off if it's not activated along with some other stuff. I'm not sure what restrictions increase after 30 days though, never used an unactivated Windows 10 for that long.

I assume the restrictions don't increase. But can you name some of them?

I know for a fact that they do after 30 days and you start getting a message box saying your Windows is possibly pirated. I can't remember off the top of my head but it was like half of the settings. Google is your friend, just saying.
