Im planning to get a Mini-ITX PC for my girlfriend, she will use it mainly for overwatch @ 1080p.

what could be the best non-overkill specs for her?

Ryzen  5 3600 | ASUS Strix B450i Strix | G-Skill Trident Z RGB 16gb 3200mhz

Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super OC | Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500gb | NZXT H200i | NZXT x52 | Corsair RM650x

i5  6500

choose mobo based on what features you want

gtx 1060/rx470 or rx 480 (whichever fills out budget)

choose case based on your liking

PSU get an evga 500w will do (80+ rating minimum)

250gb ssd, 2tb hdd

rx470 will be totally fine (my GTX 760 can keep the game above 100FPS)
CHange that HDD to 1TB , (2 is pretty pointless).

Glad I could pot something you liked. There is even wiggle room to go cheaper too, but I personally wouldnt ever build without an SSD these days.
