Hi i have a pc with I3-4160 and GTX 750 TI. My CPU at idle was 42C and full load 61 C. GPU idle 29C and full load 60 C, Is it better to replace the intel stock cooler or change the computer case. because I have very basic case it only have a 92 mm intake but the intake only has little hole on the bottom of the case and outtake 92 mm too. and it also has 120mm side vents. PS; see the image to know what i mean

Changing the stock cooler is the best option. Btw, none of these images are showing up. You had to click the images to add them to the texting box. Also 61ºC isnt even close to "thermal shutdown" or is it dangerous. If below 70ºC for a cpu, its still safe to use on the longterm, altough it has a 72ºC limit recommendation on the website.
