You could but it's ultimately going to be worthless. Not many games use PhysX and your GTX 1060 should independently handle it fine by itself.

You could, but the only time it would be worth it over just selling the 750 ti would be if py play games with a lot of physx features like killing floor 2/ batman arkham knight... If not, then you will see little to no gains in fps and you would be better off selling your old gpu.
